Return Policy

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund (including original shipping costs) to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to follow the instructions on the returns form when sending items back, it will enable us to process the return quickly. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases at store.burton.com.

Shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order and the shipping method you choose.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse. On occasion, one order may ship from seperate warehouses and different times. If this occurs, your will recieve an shipping email confirmation once each order is shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

We are currently only shipping online orders to locations inside the United States. If you are interested in purchasing product outside of the US, please visit Burtonstore.eu
